Well, its getting very boring starting every blog post with an apology for my lack of blogging so I'm not going to bother anymore! (And really, apart from my mum, who reads it anyway? Hello Mum!)

So, what have I been up to? Er, not a lot really! Although I did take a trip to Stitches at the NEC in Birmingham and helped Bev man the Banana Frog stand there, poor Bev was a bit jetlagged as she had only just arrived back from CHA! It was lovely to meet Bev in the flesh, so to speak - and all the new stamps looked lush, have definately got my eye on a few of them. I also spotted Tim Holtz on my way to get lunch but was far too much of a wuss to say hi!

Anywho - here's a couple of LO's for your perusal. I have just started subbing to Scrapagogo kits after umming and aahing about it for months, and the first one I got was February's with lots of lovely Scenic Route and Fancy Pants papers and rub ons, some AC Velvet Thickers and lots of other lovely bits. I used some of it to make a LO showcasing the lovely Valentines pressie that hubby got me - a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts (mmmmmm doughnuts *in a Homer Simpson style*)

I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out....

I had a load of piccys printed from our holiday in Tenerife last week so I managed to do a LO on Sunday with one of those - showing one of the lovely tall ships we saw in Los Christianos. I used Basic Grey Periphery, Heidi Swapp and MM chipboard alphas and Technique Tuesday stamps on this one.

I am still trying to use the pretty stash rather than just look at it!

Don't Panic!

Ha, ha, yes, don't panic, I'm still here - just completely failing to update my blog on any sort of regular basis!
So, have got a few bits and pieces to show you, lets start with this one! Listography - I used Banana Frog stamps (Quirky Numbers, Teen and Willing Race), Heidi Swapp chipboard letters, and then just some Bazzil cardstock and some lined paper from a notebook! The shaped mats are actually digital labels by Jennifer Pebbles that I converted to a Craft Robo template and cut out of card. The LO was TOTALLY inspired by this website and this blog...

Next up - yes, I know I have scrapped this photo before, but I like it, and this version was more for Banana Frog. I have used some Rouge de Garance paper and Banana Frog stamps (Funky Flowers, Teen and Tiny Teen), as well as a little bit of bling on the flowers.Another one for Banana Frog, my neice Jessica concentrating on her new PSP on Boxing Day! I just used some plain cardstock on red and black, and then the centres from the Banana Frog Build A Bloom set to create all the little circles. Some of the circles are embossed and some are raised up on little sticky pads. I used BF's Tiny Teen set again for the title.Last but not least, a set of three cards that I created with Banana Frog Build a Bloom, Teen and Tiny Teen stamps, and some very old MM card that I found in the stash pile! Unfortunately they haven't scanned particularly well, but it is too dark to try and get a decent photo of them instead, so it will have to do!
